Certification is a central concept at IfHI conferences. It
allows consumers to make informed decisions
about the qualifications of educators and
practitioners who wish to employ these
modalities in clinical and teaching
environments. Certification takes place at every IfHI Conference. All
certification applicants must complete an
examination that is administered at the
conference. Certification is open to all
applicants and does not require prior licensing
or certification in any other healing art. Upon certification, Fellows of the Institute have access to the extensive IfHI online resources (library and special members-only benefits).
Certification
is available at two different levels:
New
Fellow Certification
This
is the first level of certification. It entails
the following:
- The
test is open to all applicants. The
examination fee is $150.00 (US).
- The
applicant must take and pass an open-book
multiple choice examination on the basic
principles behind the science of blood group
polymorphism, special topics including
genetics and nutritional immunology,
and codes of professional conduct.
- Source
materials for the examination are the
IfHI Fellow Examination Study Guide and
any supplemental materials on the IfHI
Educational website.
- Upon
satisfactory completion of the test, the
applicant will receive a Certificate of
Registration and a registration number as a
Fellow of the Institute for Human
Individuality. Should they wish, registrants
can append the initials FIFHI (Fellow of the
Institute) to their other professional
titles.
- Registration
includes a practitioner listing on IfHI website.
- The
certification fee includes a one year
membership in the Institute.

test is only open to current Fellows of the
Institute. The examination fee is $150.00
(US).
