Interstate Route 95
I-95 South (toward New York)
Take Exit 27. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Lafayette Street. At the first light, turn left onto South Frontage Road and bear right. At the next light, turn right (by Webster Bank Arena/ Bluefish Stadium) onto Broad Street. Proceed approximately one mile south. The Center is on the right.

I-95 North (toward New Haven)
Take Exit 27 and proceed straight off the exit ramp, bear right. At the fourth light, turn right (by Webster Bank Arena/ Bluefish Stadium) onto Broad Street. Proceed approximately one mile south. The Center is on the right. Parking is available on site.
South on Routes 8 and 25
Take Exit 1 (Prospect Street / Myrtle Avenue). Continue straight off the exit ramp until the third traffic light, turn left onto South Frontage Road and bear right. At the third traffic light, turn right (by Webster Bank Arena/ Bluefish Stadium) onto Broad Street. Proceed approximately one mile south The Center is on the right. Parking is available on site.
Merritt Parkway (Route 15)

Take Exit 52 (South fork) and bear left to Route 8/25 Connector to Exit 1 (Prospect Street / Myrtle Avenue). Continue straight off the exit ramp until the third traffic light, turn left onto South Frontage Road and bear right. Traveling North from New Jersey
287 East
Go over the Tappan Zee Bridge. Stay on 287 until it merges with Interstate 95 – New Haven, CT. Take Exit 27 and proceed straight off the exit ramp, bear right. At the fourth light, turn right (by Webster Bank Arena/ Bluefish Stadium) onto Broad Street. Proceed approximately one mile south. The Center is on the right. Parking is available on site.

Depart Grand Central Station at E. 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue. Allow for approximately 2 hours. Exit the train at the Bridgeport train station. Yellow cabs are usually at the station however you may want to call (203) 334-6161 to verify there is one waiting there. The train station is 1.7 miles from the Center of Excellence.
